In this role, you will represent Al Futtaim brands at every interaction, ensuring customers receive accurate parts information, timely support, and a smooth end-to-end journey that drives both satisfaction and business performance.
What You Will Do
- Provide exceptional customer service at the parts counter and support workshop operations
- Upsell parts and accessories to achieve revenue targets while maintaining pricing discipline
- Build strong relationships with customers to drive retention and repeat business
- Coordinate with Service Advisors and workshop teams to ensure parts availability and timely updates
- Monitor and manage parts orders, reservations, and stock to optimize inventory levels
- Maintain accurate documentation and customer data in system tools
- Support inventory control activities and ensure compliance with company standards
