Expand international business by developing export markets, managing distributors, building client relationships, and driving global perfume and fragrance sales.
Job location is Dubai; the role requires international travel as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new international markets and export business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with overseas distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and business partners.
- Develop export sales strategies and achieve international sales targets.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and commercial agreements.
- Manage export orders, coordinate with logistics teams, and ensure timely deliveries.
- Research market trends, competitors, and potential customers.
- Coordinate with production, supply chain, and documentation teams for smooth export operations.
- Attend international trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events to generate business.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Sales, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of export sales experience; perfume, fragrance, cosmetics, or FMCG experience is preferred.
- Proven international market development and distributor management experience.
- Strong knowledge of export documentation, shipping procedures, and international trade regulations.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
