Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated **Export Sales** **Executive** to join our team in the **auto spare parts sector**.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing export sales, particularly focusing on the Iraq market.

They must have excellent communication skills in **Arabian language** and **English**, with a strong ability to engage with clients and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibility Areas (Kra)

  • Develop and execute export sales strategies targeting the Iraq market.
  • Identify and establish relationships with potential clients in Iraq and other regions.
  • Manage end-to-end sales processes, including negotiations, order processing, and customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with export regulations and trade policies.
  • Regularly travel to Iraq (if applicable) to strengthen business relations.
  • Maintain strong coordination with logistics and supply chain teams for seamless export operations.

Key Performance Indicators (Kpi)

  • Achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Growth in new client acquisition and market expansion.
  • Timely order processing and shipment delivery.
  • Customer satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Compliance with export regulations and minimal discrepancies.

Qualifications

  • **Educational Qualification:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.
  • **Stream:** Sales & Marketing / International Business.
  • **Specialization:** Export Sales, Business Development.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Manage existing and new export sales inquiries.
  • Research and analyze market trends in the auto spare parts industry.
  • Build strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and clients.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with customers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment and documentation.
  • Conduct periodic business trips to Iraq or relevant regions.

Skills And Competencies

  • Fluent in **Arabic language** and **English**.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Good knowledge of **Excel and Microsoft Office products**.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of business acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Reasonably high IQ with the ability to solve complex challenges.

Work Experience

  • **5-6 years** of relevant experience in **export sales, preferably in the auto spare parts sector**.
  • Experience dealing with the Iraq market is highly preferred.

Language Skills

  • Must be fluent in **Arabic language**.
  • Good proficiency in **English** for business communication.
