We are seeking an **Experienced Real Estate Broker** to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the UAE real estate market, excellent negotiation skills, and a strong client network.
You will be responsible for managing property listings, leading sales and leasing transactions, and guiding clients through the full buying, selling, and investment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle property listings, sales, and leasing transactions independently.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and developers.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on current property trends and pricing.
- Negotiate and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Coordinate property viewings and handle client inquiries professionally.
- Represent the company at events, open houses, and client meetings.
- Ensure compliance with RERA and company policies.
Requirements
- Minimum **2–3 years of experience** as a Real Estate Broker in Dubai.
- Deep understanding of the UAE real estate laws and transaction process.
- Proven sales record and a strong database of clients and listings.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional.
