About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail oriented **Tele sales Agent** to manage both local and international sales leads.
This role is key to ensuring efficient lead verification, timely follow-ups, handling leads and converting them into successful sales closures and drive client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- **Lead Verification:** Assess the authenticity and quality of incoming leads.
- **Follow-Up Calls:** Conduct timely follow-ups to nurture leads and maintain engagement.
- Focus on lead conversion and successful sales closures.
- **CRM Management:** Ensure all lead interactions are accurately logged and updated in the CRM system.Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Fluency in multiple languages (english, arabic) to handle international and local communications effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management processes.
- Self-driven, well-organized, and results-oriented.
- Proven sales experience in real estate brokerage or a developer is a must.
