We are looking for experienced Offplan Real Estate Sales Agents to join our dynamic team and capitalize on Dubai’s thriving property market.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively engage with clients to understand their property requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain long term relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
- Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and close deals efficiently.
- Stay updated on Dubai's real estate market trends, new projects, and competitive developments.
- Collaborate with the in house marketing team to leverage branding and lead-generation campaigns.
- Maintain an organized database of leads and clients using the CRM system.
- Represent the company professionally during client interactions, events, and property exhibitions.
- Collaborate with RMs to gain priority access to high demand projects and negotiate better terms or allocations n for clients.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the UAE real estate industry,
- Up to date knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, trends, and emerging opportunities.
- Strong core sales background with proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
