We are seeking a driven and experienced Real Estate Agent with a minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in the UAE market to join our growing team.

Experience
- d in both off-plan and secondary market real estate in Dubai.
- Source, list, and market residential and/or commercial properties
- Advise clients on pricing, investment opportunities, and current market trends
- Conduct property viewings and deliver professional presentations
- Negotiate offers, contracts, and closing terms effectively
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and client interactions
- Stay up to date with UAE property laws and regulations
- Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales and leasing targets
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of real estate experience in the UAE (mandatory)
- Proven track record in sales or leasing, preferably in off-plan properties
- Strong understanding of the UAE property market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven mindset
- Valid UAE driving license (required)
- RERA certification (preferred, especially for Dubai-based candidates)
