About the Role
- We are seeking **experienced Real Estate Consultants** with a **minimum of 2 years of Dubai real estate experience** to join our growing team.
- This opportunity is designed for ambitious professionals who want to maximize earnings through a **high commission structure**, supported by strong leadership, technology, marketing, and operational systems.
- 【Requirements】
- **Minimum 2 years of Dubai real estate experience (Mandatory)**
- Strong understanding of Dubai property market and communities
- Experience in primary (off-plan) and/or secondary market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
- Ability to manage clients and transactions independently
- English required (additional languages are an advantage)
- 【Key Responsibilities】
- Generate property listings (Sale & Rent)
- Manage buyers, investors, landlords, and tenants
- Conduct viewings and client meetings
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Negotiate offers and close transactions
- Maintain pipeline and daily follow-ups
- Achieve monthly targets and KPIs
