Interior Design Consultant
to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with clients, translating their needs into functional and aesthetic furniture solutions, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist walk-in clients and provide accurate information based on their furniture and interior requirements
- Prepare 2D layouts and quotations, recommending the most suitable furniture solutions according to space, budget, and client preferences
- Guide clients on design aesthetics and ensure accurate product knowledge at all times
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail in client meetings, email correspondence, and documentation
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams and relevant departments to ensure smooth project execution
- Ensure prices are quoted correctly and that payments are collected in line with approved quotations
Requirements
- Background in Interior Design or a related field
- Strong communication and client-handling skills
- Proficient in preparing 2D layouts and quotations
- Detail-oriented, organized, and team-focused
- Professional appearance and presentation
