• 🔹 Job Summary
• The Trade Support Executive will be responsible for supporting day-to-day NVOCC trade activities, booking coordination, customer communication, and shipment follow-up.
• The candidate should be capable of handling operational tasks efficiently while maintaining high service standards and accuracy.
• 🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily NVOCC trade support and operational activities.
• Coordinate with overseas agents, transporters, and customers for shipment planning and execution.
• Support booking management and container movement coordination.
• Monitor vessel schedules, shipment status, and transit updates.
• Ensure accurate system updates, data entry, and operational records maintenance.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely shipment updates and operational support.
• Assist in resolving operational challenges, shipment delays, and coordination issues.
• Maintain records of contracts, freight rates, customer communications, and trade-related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, shipping regulations, and operational SOPs.
• Generate operational reports and support administrative activities related to trade and logistics.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth cargo movement and customer satisfaction.
• 🔹 Requirements
• 1–2 years of experience in shipping, NVOCC, logistics, or freight forwarding operations.
• Good knowledge of freight pricing, shipping operations, and trade support functions.
• Familiarity with import/export procedures and container operations.
• Experience in container line operations will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of shipping software or ERP systems is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
