Misogi is partnering with one of India's largest two-wheeler and three-wheeler manufacturers a global mobility brand with a strong footprint across Asia, Africa, and the Middle East to hire an Executive – HRBP for its MEA operations.
📍 Dubai, UAE
🎯 What You'll Own
Partnering closely with the Lead HRBP to deliver HR strategy across the function — talent acquisition, workforce planning, performance management, employee engagement, talent management, and L&D.
You'll coach managers through the PMS cycle, run focus groups and pulse checks, track development plans for high potentials, and build data dashboards that drive decision-making.
✅ Right fit if you have:
🔹 5–10 years of HRBP / HR generalist experience
🔹 Hands-on experience across Africa and the Middle East (must-have)
🔹 Workforce Planning, Employee Engagement & talent management, TA exposure, PMS depth
🔹 Bachelor's in HR / Business Administration; Master's / MBA in HRM or Organizational Development preferred
🔹SHRM Certification is an added advantage
