Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive – ELV to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have experience in ELV system sales, including CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Intercom, Gate Barrier, AV, and Home Automation systems.
The candidate must hold a valid UAE driving license and be capable of generating business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for ELV solutions.
- Promote products and services including CCTV, Access Control, Intercom, SMATV, Structured Cabling, AV, and Home Automation systems.
- Visit clients, consultants, contractors, and project sites regularly.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical submissions.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and ongoing projects.
- Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.
- Coordinate with technical and project teams for smooth project execution.
Market & Reporting
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Maintain sales records, reports, and customer database.
- Provide regular updates to management regarding sales activities and pipeline.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Electronics, or related field.
- Minimum 3–6 years of UAE experience in ELV sales.
- Knowledge of ELV systems and low-current solutions.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
- Familiarity with UAE market and construction industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Existing client network in UAE market.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
