Executive Producer, Dubai

The role

What you'll do

• Own delivery of the Middle East program, maintaining the year-round creator academy and overseeing two to three campaigns at a time.
• Turn sold projects into briefs, timing plans, scopes, budgets, and production approaches, then assign them to suitable producers.
• Lead, coach, and support Lead Producers and producers, stepping into delivery when needed.
• Serve as a trusted delivery partner to senior clients in calls, leadership meetings, and on shoot days.
• Manage program-wide budgets, develop longer-term supplier arrangements, and advise on team structure.
• Deliver high-quality work at strong margins and track budgets, actuals, and value-driving decisions.
• Work with Creative and Creators to select creators for briefs and guide the quality of the work.
• Manage regional feasibility, permitting, insurance, and compliance, anticipating risks before production travel.
• Lead initiatives to improve production workflows using AI and technology, including editor prompt packs, release-form automation, and footage storage and sharing.

What you'll bring

• Substantial production experience; around 10 years is a guide, but equivalent experience demonstrating strong achievements in fewer years is considered.
• Production background and knowledge of delivering high-quality work within budget.
• Ability to prepare reliable estimates, proposals, and timing plans and move projects through a business.
• Confidence presenting solutions to clients, understanding their concerns, and structuring useful feedback.
• Experience owning and commercially managing a program of work beyond individual productions.
• Experience leading and developing other producers.
• Ability to assess creator fit and provide a point of view on creative work.
• Experience making cinematic hero films and social-first, always-on content, and understanding their role across the traveler journey.
• Examples of using AI or technology to make production faster, better, or more cost-effective.
• Experience in production companies, creator-led studios, or social-first agencies.
• GCC production experience is advantageous; Saudi Arabia experience is an added advantage.

Location and work arrangement

• The position is based in Dubai, UAE, and the employer says the role holder should be in Dubai and present with clients and on set when needed.
• Full relocation support is offered.
