Role overview
Creative Lead serving as the senior creative voice for Beautiful Destinations in the Middle East, based in Dubai.
Leads a year-round program for a major client, including flagship campaigns and an always-on academy for travel creators.
Works alongside the Head of Creative and Social Creative Lead and contributes to the craft of the wider business.
What you’ll do
- Develop campaign ideas and treatments for tourism, hospitality, and government brands; present and sell creative to senior clients.
- Direct creators across cinematic, self-shot, and social-first work; build the regional creator network.
- Coach academy creators and mentors, improve curriculum, and maintain quality across films, social, vertical, and still formats.
- Use AI image and video tools to explore and visualize ideas, improve final work, and share new methods with the creative team.
What you’ll bring
- Around eight years of relevant experience is a guide; filmmakers or creators with client pitching, directing, and treatment-writing experience are encouraged to apply.
- Experience overseeing cinematic and social-first creator work and presenting ambitious ideas to senior clients.
- Experience with travel, tourism, hospitality, luxury, or government brands; destination content is a plus.
- Hands-on use of AI image and video tools, and the ability to coach and motivate young creators.
- GCC experience and regional familiarity are valuable, but candidates willing to make the Middle East home may also apply.
