Executive Producer

Role overview

What you'll do

• Own the Middle East programme, keeping the academy running and overseeing two to three campaigns at a time.
• Turn sold projects into briefs, schedules, scopes, budgets and production approaches, then hand them to the right producer.
• Lead and coach Lead Producers and producers, stepping in to support delivery when needed.
• Partner with senior clients on calls, in leadership meetings and on shoot days.
• Manage programme budgets, supplier deals and recommendations for team shape.
• Deliver excellent work at strong margins and monitor budgets, actuals and value.
• Work with Creative and Creators to select creators and guide the work.
• Manage regional feasibility, permits, insurance and compliance, identifying risks in advance.
• Lead improvements such as AI prompt packs, automated release forms and better footage storage and sharing.

What you'll bring

• Substantial production experience; around 10 years is a guide, but relevant experience matters more than years alone.
• Strong production craft and ability to make high-quality work on budget.
• Ability to prepare reliable estimates, proposals and timing plans and move projects through a business.
• Client confidence, clear solution presentation and ability to structure useful feedback.
• Experience owning a commercially managed programme beyond individual productions.
• Experience leading and developing producers.
• Creative judgment about creator fit and the quality of work.
• Experience with cinematic hero films and social-first, always-on content across the traveler journey.
• Examples of using AI or technology to improve production speed, quality or cost.
• Experience in production companies, creator-led studios or social-first agencies.
• GCC shooting experience is advantageous; Saudi Arabia experience is an additional advantage.

Location and work arrangement

• The role is based in Dubai and calls for in-person client work and attendance on set.
• Full relocation support is stated.
