Position objective
Manage inventory and stock for two brands across the UAE and other GCC countries.
Order import- and export-related shipments for both brands.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor inventory levels and inventory movement.
- Maintain daily shipment and invoice records to identify products for replenishment.
- Implement inventory control and coordinate inventory matters across departments.
- Organize the cost-controlling system and generate food and beverage control reports.
- Support food and beverage control systems and procedures, variance analysis, and monitoring of menu items consumed.
- Support incentive programs.
