Position Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated
Emirati fresh graduates
to join Landmark Group across various business functions.
This program is designed to provide hands-on experience, structured learning, and career development opportunities within a dynamic retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operations in assigned department
- Assist in data collection, reporting, and analysis to support business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects and initiatives
- Provide excellent customer service and uphold Landmark Group’s values
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance professional skills
- Contribute innovative ideas to improve processes and customer experience
Qualifications
- UAE National
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Finance, Marketing, HR, IT, or related fields
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of work experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in English and Arabic preferred
