About the Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Executive Chef to join Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

• Oversee all culinary operations within the property, ensuring exceptional food quality, refined presentation standards, and a consistently elevated luxury dining experience aligned with brand expectations.
• Lead, inspire, and develop high-performing kitchen teams, fostering a culture of creativity, discipline, and excellence across chefs, cooks, and culinary support staff.
• Drive menu innovation and seasonal culinary concepts, collaborating closely with F&B leadership to create distinctive dining experiences that enhance guest satisfaction and brand reputation.
• Ensure full compliance with HACCP, food safety, hygiene, and health regulations, safeguarding the highest standards of kitchen cleanliness and operational integrity.
• Manage food cost efficiency and inventory control, optimizing procurement, supplier relationships, portioning, and waste reduction to support strong financial performance.
• Monitor culinary quality and consistency through regular inspections, tastings, and feedback analysis, continuously elevating standards and delivering memorable luxury guest experience.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of progressive international culinary leadership experience within five-star luxury hotels or high-end standalone restaurants, with exposure to multi-outlet operations.
• Proven track record in delivering elevated fine dining and luxury guest experiences, with strong expertise in menu innovation and culinary concept development.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing kitchen teams, fostering a culture of excellence, creativity, and operational discipline.
• Strong financial and operational acumen, with hands-on experience in managing food cost control, inventory management, and profitability targets.
• Deep knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and hygiene standards, ensuring full compliance with international best practices and luxury brand requirements.
