The Executive Butler creates exceptional, memorable, bespoke experiences for guests and serves as an ambassador of luxury hospitality.
The role is non-management and scheduled full time at The Luxury Collection in Dubai.
Guest service responsibilities
- Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service throughout the guest journey.
- Coordinate special requests, personalized experiences, room readiness, and smooth arrivals and departures.
- Serve as the primary contact for VIP guests, respond to inquiries, coordinate with hotel departments, and provide local recommendations.
- Handle confidential matters and remain visible and engaged across the property, assisting guests and coordinating operational activities.
Preferred qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; hospitality degree or related education is preferred.
- Experience in luxury hospitality, guest relations, butler service, front-office operations, or another customer-facing role is preferred.
- No supervisory experience or license or certification is required.
- Preferred skills include exceptional guest service, relationship building, attention to detail, anticipating needs, communication, discretion, confidentiality, organization, multitasking, and knowledge of luxury and VIP service standards.
- Flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays, is preferred.
Workplace and standards
- The role is based at the Dubai property and is not remote; butlers move throughout the property and assist guests directly.
- Follow company policies and procedures, promote workplace safety, maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, and uphold luxury service, uniform, appearance, and communication standards.
