Job Details
- Track key performance indicators and conduct periodic reviews to identify trends, gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare management, performance, operational, and compliance reports for assigned processes and meet reporting deadlines.
- Participate in client-requested training and provide analytical, reporting, and data-related support.
- Verify reporting information for accuracy, consistency, completeness, and organization before sharing it.
- Help maintain performance dashboards, reporting platforms, and analytical tools.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues and making data-based recommendations.
- Maintain organized records of reports, analytical results, performance information, and supporting documentation.
Job Experience Requirements
- Currently studying or recently graduated in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Data Analysis, or a related discipline.
- At least one year of professional experience in reporting, data analysis, business support, operations analysis, or a similar position.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, and basic understanding of databases, SQL, and structured data management.
- Ability to handle large volumes of information accurately, organize findings, and prepare reports within deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a structured approach to reviewing performance information.
- Good written and verbal communication skills to explain analytical findings and present insights clearly.
