About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director in a fast-paced business environment.
The ideal candidate will act as a trusted partner, managing schedules, communications, coordination, and executive priorities with professionalism and efficiency.
This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to handle confidential information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
- Prepare reports, correspondence, presentations, and meeting minutes
- Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and requests
- Liaise with clients, partners, suppliers, and senior stakeholders professionally
- Support business operations and special projects as assigned
- Organize travel itineraries, visa applications, accommodations, and logistics
- Maintain confidential records and sensitive information
- Track deadlines, priorities, and action items to ensure smooth execution
- Assist with office administration and executive coordination when required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
- Previous experience supporting senior executives or directors is highly preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Highly organized with excellent multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and communication style
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism
- Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
