- We are seeking a highly organized and proactive
Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant
- to support senior leadership in daily administrative, operational, and coordination tasks.

- π― Role Overview
- You will provide comprehensive support to executives, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communications, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- You will act as a key point of coordination between leadership and internal/external stakeholders.
- πΌ Key Responsibilitiesπ Executive Support & Calendar Management
- Manage executive calendars, meetings, and appointments
- Coordinate schedules across multiple stakeholders
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics
- Prioritize and organize daily commitments
- Ensure timely reminders and follow-ups
π Administrative & Documentation Support
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials
- Handle confidential documents with discretion
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Manage emails, correspondence, and calls
- Support general office administration tasks
π€ Coordination & Communication
- Act as liaison between executives and internal teams
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, and minutes
- Follow up on action items and deadlines
- Support cross-departmental communication
- Ensure alignment of priorities and tasks

- Assist in project coordination and tracking
- Support event planning and business arrangements
- Monitor task progress and deadlines
- Improve administrative workflows and efficiency
- Provide ad-hoc operational support as required

- π‘ Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good time management and prioritization skills
- Previous experience in administrative or assistant roles is an advantage
- Familiarity with scheduling or project management tools is a plus
