You will provide direct support to executives by managing schedules, handling communications, organizing meetings, and assisting with day-to-day operational and personal responsibilities.

  • Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meetings
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics
  • Organize reminders, schedules, and daily priorities

  • Handle scheduling conflicts and changes efficiently

πŸ“‹ Administrative & Personal Support

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials
  • Manage emails, correspondence, and documentation

  • Act as liaison between executives and stakeholders
