We are seeking a highly organized and dependable
Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant
to support senior leadership with administrative, operational, and personal coordination tasks.
This role is ideal for individuals who excel at multitasking, communication, and maintaining efficiency in fast-paced environments. πποΈ
π― Role Overview
You will provide direct support to executives by managing schedules, handling communications, organizing meetings, and assisting with day-to-day operational and personal responsibilities.
You will play a key role in ensuring smooth coordination and productivity.
πΌ Key Responsibilitiesπ Calendar & Schedule Management
- Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics
- Organize reminders, schedules, and daily priorities
- Ensure timely follow-ups and task coordination
- Handle scheduling conflicts and changes efficiently
π Administrative & Personal Support
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials
- Manage emails, correspondence, and documentation
- Maintain confidential records and sensitive information
- Assist with personal errands and executive requests when needed
- Support general office and administrative operations
π€ Communication & Coordination
- Act as liaison between executives and stakeholders
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, and follow-up actions
- Facilitate communication across departments and external parties
- Track tasks, deadlines, and project updates
- Ensure smooth coordination of daily activities
βοΈ Operational & Event Support
- Support project coordination and administrative workflows
- Assist with event planning and business arrangements
- Monitor deliverables and important deadlines
- Improve organizational efficiency and processes
- Handle ad-hoc operational tasks professionally

- π‘ Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good time management and coordination abilities
- Previous administrative, executive support, or PA experience is an advantage
- Familiarity with productivity and scheduling tools is a plus
- Fresh graduates with strong organizational skills are encouraged to apply
