Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Handle confidential correspondence, emails, calls, and documentation professionally
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and MOMs
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of management
- Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-up actions for executives
- Organize meetings, events, and business visits
- Maintain records, files, and executive documentation
- Support office administration and operational coordination activities
- Assist in preparing business reports and presentations for leadership meetings
- Ensure professionalism, confidentiality, and effective communication at all times
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- 3–7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant / Senior Administrator
- Experience supporting senior leadership or C-level executives is an advantage
