About This Role
Role Overview We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to support the Director in managing both professional and personal responsibilities. This role requires someone who can ensure smooth day-to-day operations, strong coordination, and efficient time management, while maintaining complete confidentiality and professionalism. Key Responsibilities 1. Executive & Administrative Support Manage the Director s calendar, meetings, and appointments Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and itineraries Handle emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the Director Prepare meeting agendas, MOMs, and follow-ups 2. Personal Assistance Assist with personal scheduling, errands, and lifestyle management Coordinate with household staff, vendors, and service providers Manage personal travel, reservations, and events 3. Coordination & Communication Act as a point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders Ensure seamless communication across teams Track and follow up on key tasks and deadlines 4. Documentation & Organization Maintain organized records, files, and confidential documents Prepare reports, presentations, and basic MIS when required Ensure smooth documentation and filing systems 5. Confidentiality & Discretion Handle sensitive personal and business information with utmost confidentiality Maintain professionalism and trust in all interactions
