The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a professional approach in handling visitors, calls, scheduling, and confidential matters.Key Responsibilities:Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests professionally.Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.Manage front desk operations and maintain a presentable reception area.Coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.Maintain executive calendars, schedules, and travel arrangements.Prepare reports, presentations, letters, and meeting minutes.Handle courier services, office supplies, and administrative documentation.Maintain filing systems and confidential records.Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.Assist management with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.Support HR/Admin activities such as employee records, onboarding coordination, and attendance tracking.Ensure smooth office operations and provide general administrative support.
