Executive Assistant to Founder (Part-Time)

Fivio & Co. is a luxury hospitality group developing a flagship subterranean Mediterranean steakhouse in NYC, with a long-term vision to scale into a nationally recognized brand.

We are building a high-performance, detail-obsessed organization focused on delivering elite guest experiences, operational precision, and brand excellence.

Compensation & Structure

  • Part-time role
  • $3/hour
  • Flexible hours based on workload and priorities

About the Role

We are looking for a high-level Executive Assistant to work directly with the Founder, supporting both day-to-day execution and strategic coordination as the company grows.

This is not a traditional assistant role — you will act as a central point of organization and execution , ensuring priorities are managed, communication is tight, and nothing slips.

This role is part-time and best suited for someone who is hungry, organized, and looking to gain real exposure to building a hospitality brand from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

  • Manage calendar, scheduling, and daily priorities
  • Coordinate meetings, investor conversations, and partner communications
  • Organize inbox and ensure timely follow-ups

Operations & Project Coordination

  • Track key initiatives across restaurant development, hiring, and launch timelines
  • Coordinate with vendors, designers, consultants, and internal team members
  • Ensure deadlines and deliverables are executed at a high level

Strategic & Administrative Support

  • Assist in preparing decks, documents, and reports
  • Conduct research and compile insights for decision-making
  • Help implement systems and processes to streamline operations

Hospitality-Focused Execution

  • Support planning around guest experience, reservations strategy, and events
  • Assist with launch logistics and ongoing operational flow

Requirements

  • MUST BE A BORN EMIRATIS
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Able to move quickly without sacrificing quality
  • Strong communicator with a professional presence
  • Proactive — able to anticipate needs before being asked
  • Calm under pressure and capable of managing multiple priorities

Must be proficient in:

  • Google Workspace
  • Microsoft Office
  • Discord
  • UKG Pro (or willing to learn quickly)
