- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of management.
- Track action items and follow up on key deliverables.
- Organize events, business visits, and executive logistics.
- Maintain records, filing systems, and administrative documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Administrative Coordinator.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
