Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location. Indicative range: $65,000 – $100,000 (USD equivalent), plus benefits.
Role Overview
We are hiring an Executive Assistant to support senior leaders with high-judgment administrative work. The role manages complex calendars, sensitive communications, and the operational details that allow executives to focus on what only they can do.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars across multiple time zones with constant reprioritisation
- Triage email, draft responses on the executive's behalf, and protect their time
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries and expenses
- Plan and prepare materials for executive meetings, board sessions, and offsites
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners with discretion
- Run ad-hoc projects on behalf of the executive as priorities shift
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 3+ years supporting C-level or VP-level executives
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication
- Mastery of Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 and modern collaboration tools
- High discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information
- Strong judgement on what to escalate, defer, or handle independently
- Calm, organised, and proactive under pressure
