About This Role
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Executive Assistant who is fluent in both Arabic and English to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, effective communication, and efficient coordination across all business and personal matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Executive, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.
- Manage all forms of communication on behalf of the Executive, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence in both Arabic and English.
- Prepare, translate, and review documents, reports, presentations, and briefings with a high level of accuracy.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, visas, accommodations, and transportation.
- Act as a liaison between the Executive and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Assist in project coordination, tracking deadlines, and ensuring timely execution of tasks.
- Support personal matters of the Executive when required (e.g., reservations, events, household coordination).
- Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) and ensure documentation is well-organized and accessible.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior leadership.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Working Conditions

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
