We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership.
The ideal candidate will manage schedules, coordinate communications, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
This role requires strong attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and document preparation
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take accurate meeting notes
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reports
- Maintain confidential records and sensitive information with discretion
- Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Assist with project coordination and follow-ups on action items
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other administrative documents
- Support general office operations as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or similar tools
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
