Role responsibilities
- Perform general office duties supporting Sales and Marketing and prepare proposals, contracts, banquet event orders, and other sales documents.
- Promote brand awareness and assemble brochures and promotional information packages.
- Use sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty; enter and reconcile sales-process information.
- Answer guest questions about property services, rates, rooms, packages, promotions, restaurants, and events.
- Serve as a client contact by phone and email and respond to questions and requests.
- Follow company policies, maintain a professional appearance, protect confidential information and assets, and meet quality standards.
- Welcome guests, anticipate service needs, communicate professionally, and support team goals.
- Move and handle objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance; perform other reasonable duties as requested.
Preferred qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- At least one year of related work experience is preferred.
- No supervisory experience is specified as a qualification; no license or certification is listed.
