A Dubai-based organisation seeks an experienced Events Coordinator for a six-month consultancy assignment.
The assignment requires an immediate start; further organisation and assignment details will be shared confidentially with shortlisted candidates.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end event planning and delivery.
- Coordinate venues, production, catering, suppliers, and event logistics.
- Manage event budgets, procurement, and timelines.
- Coordinate speakers, guests, and briefing materials.
- Work with internal teams, external vendors, and event partners.
- Ensure high-quality on-site event execution.
- Manage post-event reporting and follow-up activities.
- Ensure events meet required brand and quality standards.
Candidate profile
- Proven experience in event coordination or event management.
- Strong organisational and project-management skills.
- Experience managing vendors, suppliers, budgets, and event logistics.
- Confident managing on-site event delivery, with strong stakeholder and communication skills.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent priorities.
- Immediate availability or very short notice is required.
- UAE nationals who are immediately available are encouraged to apply; candidates in the UAE with their own valid visa or license suitable for consultancy engagement are also considered.

- The consultancy assignment lasts six months and requires an immediate start.
Location
- The role is based in Dubai and includes on-site event execution.
