Estimator
About This Role
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for interior fit-out projects (residential, commercial, retail, etc.)
- Review drawings, BOQ, and specifications to understand project scope
- Calculate material, labor, subcontractor, and equipment costs
- Prepare and submit tender/quotation proposals
- Obtain and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams for pricing inputs
- Ensure estimates align with client budget and company profitability
- Maintain cost database and historical project pricing
- Assist in value engineering to reduce costs without affecting quality
