About This Role
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Piling Estimator with a minimum of 20 years of experience in foundation and piling works, particularly in high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical and commercial knowledge in estimating piling, shoring, enabling, and deep foundation works for large-scale construction projects in the UAE/GCC region.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for piling, shoring, excavation, and foundation works.
- Review tender drawings, specifications, BOQs, and geotechnical reports.
- Analyze project requirements and prepare accurate quantity take-offs.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams during tender stage.
- Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Evaluate project risks, construction methods, and costing strategies.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals for clients.
- Ensure all estimates comply with project specifications and company standards.
- Participate in tender clarification meetings and negotiations.
- Maintain database of material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor rates.
Requirements
- Minimum 20 years of experience as a Piling Estimator.
- Strong experience in high-rise tower projects and deep foundation systems.
- UAE/GCC experience is highly preferred.
