Talent Tide is recruiting an Estimation Manager – MEP on behalf of a Dubai MEP contracting company.
The role specializes in mechanical MEP project estimation.
Key responsibilities
- Lead preparation and review of accurate cost estimates and tender submissions for MEP projects.
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents to determine project scope and pricing.
- Prepare BOQs, cost analyses, and commercial proposals.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams during bidding.
- Identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving solutions.
- Ensure estimates are competitive, accurate, and submitted within deadlines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical.
- At least 8 years of MEP estimation experience, including managerial experience.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, quantity take-offs, costing, and tendering processes.
- Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, commercial, and communication skills.
- UAE/GCC experience is highly preferred.
