Job Purpose
Handle technical sales and estimation for LV systems projects.
Identify and develop opportunities in commercial buildings, data centres, oil and gas, and utility sectors.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors; prepare techno-commercial proposals; and support tendering, negotiations, and order closure.
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate LV systems estimates, BOQs, and pricing; submit tenders on time and comply with specifications and standards.
- Achieve sales and revenue targets, maintain client and OEM relationships, and support customer satisfaction.
- Provide pre-bid and post-bid technical support and coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams.
- Optimize component selection, reduce costs, and support project profitability and resource utilization.
- Support technical solutions, customer support, technical reviews, quality management, documentation, and process improvement.
- Contribute to team building, capability development, and program coordination.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical, Electronics, or a related field.
- 5–6 years of relevant experience in sales and estimation of LV systems.
- UAE market experience is preferred.
- Exposure to commercial buildings, data centres, BMS, oil and gas, and utility projects is identified as relevant experience.
Knowledge and Skills
- Strong knowledge of LV and ELV systems, including BMS, data centre LV infrastructure, and commercial building electrical requirements.
- Understanding of tender documents, drawings, specifications, contract conditions, UAE authority regulations, and international standards.
- Applicable UAE authorities and standards may include DEWA, ADDC, SEWA, ADCD, Civil Defence, and Etisalat/DU for ELV scope.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and estimation tools; strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
