Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Real Estate Manager to manage, optimize, and grow our property portfolio.
This is a part-time role perfect for a skilled professional who can drive results, ensure operational excellence, and strengthen client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of the property portfolio, including leasing, tenant relations, and property maintenance.
Develop strategies to maximize rental income and asset value.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify growth opportunities.
Oversee contracts, agreements, and compliance with UAE property laws and regulations.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Prepare and present regular reports on property performance and financial metrics.
Support property acquisition and disposal processes as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience (3+ years) in real estate management, property leasing, or facilities management.
Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and regulations.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks effectively.
Familiarity with property management software and MS Office Suite.
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
