Enterprise Value Advisor

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Lead value-led advisory engagements and translate customer strategy into success plans, milestones, and KPIs.
• Build executive relationships, conduct business and value reviews, and guide customers from adoption to AI-ready scale.
• Define and communicate ROI, develop business cases, connect adoption data to outcomes, and secure executive funding and commitment.
• Prioritize strategic initiatives, map end-to-end process outcomes, and deliver product roadmap and Agentic AI use-case briefings.
• Represent customer needs internally and ARIS externally; coach customer teams and guide governance, change readiness, enablement, and evidence of value realization.

Minimum requirements

• 7+ years in enterprise software pre-sales, solution consulting, value engineering, or vendor customer success, or at a top-tier consultancy.
• Ability to connect transformation initiatives to measurable financial and operational outcomes and define operating models or centers of excellence for scalable adoption and governance.
• Experience building and presenting value propositions and business cases; comfort with executive stakeholders across business and IT.
• Familiarity with ERP, CRM, HCM, and cross-system processes; understanding of AI and agentic AI effects on processes and operating models.
• Ability to bridge business architecture with solution capabilities; exceptional presentation and storytelling skills; strong cross-functional collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or information systems, or equivalent experience.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.

Nice-to-haves

• Background in BPM, process intelligence, process mining, digital transformation, or enterprise platforms; direct ARIS experience; or experience building Agentic AI agents.
• Industry experience in financial services, manufacturing, pharma and life sciences, energy and utilities, or the public sector.
• Certifications or background in Process Excellence, Lean, Six Sigma, or business architecture.
