What you will do

• Build a team to scale delivery roles and promote consistent, high-quality delivery.
• Standardize Salesforce engagement management and delivery methods globally and support adoption by local teams.
• Capture best practices, develop case studies and solution-offering materials, and influence Delivery Excellence role definitions.
• Lead or oversee complex client engagements, including delivery risk, financials, receivables, deliverable content, and executive buy-in.
• Coach direct reports, manage performance feedback and annual reviews, and mentor the program leadership team.
• Lead business development, write SOWs, present solutions, support recruiting and staffing, and evaluate consultant-project fit.
• Build collaborative relationships across Slalom and support employee and leader development and career progression.
• Target utilization is 70% at the designated enterprise client account.

Experience and qualifications

• 8+ years of consulting delivery leadership for iterative software development and complex projects.
• 3+ years selling and delivering business solutions on Salesforce, with knowledge of approaches across Salesforce clouds and project scales.
• Experience in product, software development, and testing lifecycles, and managing technology or product departments.
• Experience with mature program-management processes and Agile and Waterfall standards; team-building and mentoring experience.
• Familiarity with delivery governance and status tracking for global portfolio oversight and quality assurance.
• Track record writing RFPs and SOWs, reviewing client proposals, and negotiating contracts.
• Expert business operations experience, including invoicing, SOWs, margins, and utilization; strong verbal and written client communication.
• Expertise in Agile delivery methods including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, XP, and Lean.
