What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of data products and transformation programs, owning scope, timelines, budgets, and staffing.
- Own solution and delivery decisions, balancing business needs with technical feasibility, scalability, and architecture.
- Connect business stakeholders and technical teams, translating technical capabilities into business value and managing expectations.
- Drive program value, including ROI, cost savings, revenue opportunities, and long-term client value.
- Support account growth through high-quality delivery, client relationships, and measurable outcomes.
- Coach teams in Agile practices, remove impediments, and support delivery through complex situations.
- Use AI and automation tools to streamline delivery, improve productivity, and support data-driven decisions.
- Mentor colleagues, share delivery practices, and contribute to data capability and community development.
- Maintain plans, resources, budgets, dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies; partner with architects on solution design.
- Engage executive sponsors and client teams and present program vision, roadmap, impact, and status.
