About the role

What you'll do

• Configure Avature workflows, data models, forms, templates, permissions, communications, portals, and reporting.
• Lead discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews; translate business needs into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Design future-state processes and solutions with attention to scalability, maintainability, and governance.
• Design integrations with Workday, ServiceNow, and other talent acquisition tools, including mappings, field logic, and error handling.
• Set configuration standards, environment strategy, change control, and release management; lead change-impact analysis.
• Lead data migration and data-quality work, including mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.
• Build dashboards, KPIs, and analytics for talent acquisition pipeline, process, and data quality.
• Create test strategies and lead system, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing; assess vendor releases.
• Develop self-service, automation, and AI-enabled solutions to reduce manual effort for recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.
• Provide Tier 3 Avature escalation and vendor support; create documentation and training and deliver administrator and end-user sessions.

What you'll bring

• At least 5 years implementing and administering talent acquisition or enterprise business platforms, including 3 or more years configuring Avature or a comparable enterprise ATS/CRM.
• Comparable platforms may include Workday Recruiting, iCIMS, or Phenom.
• Deep knowledge of sourcing, CRM, requisitions, candidate management, onboarding handoff, and recruiting operations.
• Experience independently configuring complex workflows, data models, and permissions in a governed environment.
• Experience leading requirements gathering, process design, test scripting, and change control on complex initiatives.
• Experience with HRIS and enterprise integrations, data mapping, migration, and reporting; Workday is preferred.
• Familiarity with agile delivery and tools such as Scrum, Jira, and ServiceNow.
• Strong communication, stakeholder influence, judgment, independent work, and management of multiple workstreams.
• Active Avature certification or willingness to earn it after joining.
• AI tools or AI-assisted automation experience is a plus.

Compensation

• The posting lists an expected base salary of $90,000–$115,000 per year for a Principal position and potential discretionary bonus based on individual and company performance.
• Actual compensation depends on skills, experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors.
