The ERP Operations Specialist supports ERP operations and accounting processes across the organization.
The role combines accounting expertise with hands-on ERP and accounting software implementation knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounting and finance processes in the ERP system and ensure records comply with VAS and/or IFRS.
- Support end users daily and reconcile ERP data for general ledger, receivables, payables, fixed assets, inventory, and other areas.
- Coordinate with IT and vendors to resolve module issues; participate in UAT and propose implementation or upgrade enhancements.
- Train accounting staff, standardize workflows, and contribute to system development and customization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or Accounting Information Systems.
- 4–10 years of accounting experience and hands-on ERP or accounting software implementation experience.
- ERP platforms may include SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Dynamics, NetSuite, MISA, FAST, or Bravo.
- Strong IFRS knowledge and skills in data analysis, reconciliation, and accounting process control.
- Excel proficiency required; basic SQL or BI tools are a plus.
- Detail orientation, logical thinking, cross-department communication, and good English for international vendor communication.
