Maintenance duties
- Maintain property vehicles, including engineering trucks, shuttle vans, and electric carts; check oil, fluids, tire condition, batteries, and spark plugs.
- Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment, including cleaning and lubrication.
- Maintain inventory and requisition parts and supplies as needed.
- Keep daily logs covering operations, maintenance, safety activities, test results, instrument readings, malfunctions, and maintenance work.
- Visually inspect tools, equipment, and machines for defects.
Safety and team duties
- Follow safety and security procedures, report maintenance problems and safety incidents, complete safety training, and store flammable materials properly.
- Protect company assets and confidential information, maintain a professional appearance, and communicate professionally.
- Build positive working relationships, support team goals, and respond appropriately to employee concerns.
- Perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors.
Physical and communication requirements
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
- Perform tasks requiring fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, reaching, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
- Speak clearly and professionally and prepare and review written documents accurately.
Preferred qualifications
- A technical, trade, or vocational school degree is preferred.
- At least 2 years of related work experience is preferred.
- No supervisory experience is specified.
