PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Background in mechanical, electrical, or mechatronics engineering.
- Experience with power electronics, specifically UPS systems, rectifiers, inverters, battery chargers, or industrial power‐conversion equipment.
- Understanding of industrial manufacturing or project‐based engineering environments.

WHAT WE OFFER
- The base salary range for this position is $70,000 - 80,000 USD, depending on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications
- REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2–3 years of experience in electronics, electrical engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong ability to interpret mechanical and electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, and layout documentation.
- Hands‐on problem‐solving skills; able to address minor engineering or documentation issues on the production floor quickly and professionally.
- Experience with engineering documentation processes (ECO/ECR) and revision control.
- Strong communication skills for cross‐cultural, multi‐site collaboration.
- Highly organized, independent, and detail‐oriented.
