The position is full time, non-management, and not remote.
Technical responsibilities
- Inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC, air quality control, and refrigeration equipment.
- Maintain and inspect the mechanical plant daily; monitor property temperature and energy and utilities usage.
- Calibrate controls, gauges, meters, and other equipment.
- Assemble, install, test, repair, and maintain electrical systems, electronic wiring, pipe assemblies, fittings, and valves.
- Perform routine pool and spa maintenance.
Safety and service expectations
- Follow company safety and security policies; report maintenance problems, hazards, accidents, or injuries and complete safety training and certifications.
- Maintain professional appearance, protect confidential information and company assets, and provide guest service according to company standards.
- Work professionally with colleagues and support improvements to efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and cost savings.
- The work involves reaching, climbing, moving through confined or elevated spaces, and handling objects, including heavy items.
Preferred qualifications
- Technical, trade, or vocational school degree preferred.
- At least 3 years of related work experience preferred.
