Job Summary
To develop, maintain, and optimize reporting systems for workforce management across water O&M operations.
The role focuses on digital dashboards, analytics, and Smart Workforce Management tool utilization to monitor productivity, deployment efficiency, and performance KPIs, ensuring data-driven decision-making and operational transparency.
General Responsibilities
- **Policy, Procedures, Process and Systems**
- Follow the operational strategy in compliance with group delegation of authority policy.
- Ensure the compliance of organization’s policy, systems, processes, procedures, and controls in line with group delegation of authority policy so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service in a consistent manner.
- **Reporting**
- Ensure that all reports are completed timely and comply with the business and organization’s policies and standards.
- Manage the preparation of periodical management reports and progress reports to keep the business senior management informed about the progress of various initiatives and to facilitate decision-making.
- Comply with organization’s requirements in a timely manner.
Job Specific Responsibilities
- Maintain accuracy and reliability of digital dashboards and workforce KPIs in alignment with Smart Workforce Management system requirements.
- Develop and generate scheduled and ad-hoc reports on workforce utilization, efficiency, and performance trends.
- Provide analytics insights to support resource optimization, training needs, and operational planning.
- Ensure reports align with management standards and support internal/external audits and performance reviews.
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI or similar dashboards reflecting real-time workforce deployment and task performance.
- Support workforce forecasting, scenario modeling, and shift optimization analyses.
- Collaborate with IT and data governance teams to maintain secure, scalable reporting systems.
- Analyze workforce KPIs to identify productivity gaps and recommend performance improvement actions.
- Assist in preparing quarterly and annual workforce performance reviews and benchmarking reports.
- Manage integration and reporting interfaces between Smart Workforce Management tools, CMMS (Maximo), and scheduling systems.

Competencies
- Data analytics and visualization (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent)
- CMMS/Smart Workforce Management systems proficiency
- Understanding of workforce optimization models
- Strong analytical and reporting skills

Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in reporting, analytics, or workforce planning within a utilities or industrial O&M environment
Desired Requirements
- Experience with digital transformation projects or smart workforce platforms
- Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, or similar data tools
