Prepare, revise, and maintain English-language user manuals for different product categories.
Ensure technical information is accurate, clear, and easy for users to understand.
Documentation and content
- Develop and edit technical documentation, including structure, organization, formatting, and page layouts, with the Product Manager.
- Create and refine technical illustrations, diagrams, and 3D drawing configurations for product functions and specifications.
- Organize production documentation and maintain accessible, well-structured information systems.
- Support web-based tools, digital resources, and projects improving production processes and documentation workflows.
- Maintain consistent formatting, terminology, and presentation standards for user and internal materials.
- Review and update content when product designs, specifications, components, or engineering requirements change.
- Assist with documentation templates, standards, guidelines, and procedures.
- Coordinate with product, engineering, production, and other teams to gather and verify technical information.
Experience and qualifications
- Completed or ongoing higher education in Engineering, Technical Communication, or a related technical discipline.
- Strong written English and ability to explain technical concepts and instructions clearly.
- A structured, organized, detail-focused approach and high accuracy in reviewing and maintaining technical information.
- Good communication and coordination skills for working with technical teams.
- Knowledge of physics, lighting technology, electronics, or similar subjects is advantageous.
- Previous technical writing, product documentation, user manual, engineering documentation, or comparable experience is beneficial.
