End-to-End Business Process Analyst

Role overview

Business needs and process analysis

• Understand business objectives through stakeholder interviews and conduct technology and market research as needed.
• Analyze existing documentation and facilitate interviews and workshops to document current processes and user journeys.
• Map end-to-end current-state processes to identify pain points, risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities; produce BPMN-aligned process deliverables.
• Document business and functional requirements and user stories with business and technical Product Owners.

Process design and testing

• Translate process maps into user journeys and co-design target-state processes to improve employee experience.
• Collaborate with architects and developers to address functional and non-functional requirements within technology constraints.
• Define UAT scenarios, support QA during execution, and lead UAT sessions with end users.

Governance and improvement

• Define performance indicators and measure benefits of proposed improvements.
• Collaborate across business, operations, and technology teams on transformation initiatives and operating model changes.
• Validate processes with subject matter experts before system configuration to minimize customization.
• Support process governance and continuous improvement; document validation steps and decision logs for governance and audit.
• Promote process standardization and document approved exceptions.

Required profile

• At least five years of experience in process analysis, business analysis, continuous improvement, and/or digital transformation.
• Strong knowledge of BPMN standards, Lean principles, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency with Visio, Lucidchart, or Signavio process modeling tools.
• Extensive multidisciplinary workshop facilitation experience.
• Knowledge of enterprise process platforms, including ERP, HCM, and CRM systems.
• Strong analytical, synthesis, and stakeholder influence skills.

Additional assets

• BPM certification and strong understanding of technology systems and software implementation processes.
• Knowledge of Value Stream Mapping and value stream analysis, Service Design and user journey mapping, or aligned business strategy and process methodologies.
• Experience with enterprise processes in Human Resources, Finance, or Logistics.
• Experience using Power BI and Databricks.
