The Reservation Agent helps create a welcoming guest experience from the start of the reservation journey.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, engaging guest service.
- Select suitable options for guests and support revenue through upselling.
- Recommend property facilities and assist with information and special requests.
- Book room requests, enter rooming lists, and update accurate system information.
Experience and skills
- A guest-focused personality is essential.
- Experience is an asset.
- Prior experience with Opera or a related system is an asset.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
